A private home on two-and-one-half acres of private wooded land. This home is a country, wooded, quiet setting with lots of wildlife and trees. It is not water front, but a short drive from the water. Boat launch, beaches, and picnic spots all around the property. Lots of private parking in our private cul-de-sac. Guests can bring their own boats or rent from nearby marinas. Several hiking trails and great outdoor activities in nearby Red Top Mountain State Park. Come relax on beautiful Lake Allatoona. Only 35 minutes north of Atlanta on I-75. We offer King, Queen and Full sized beds and one full bath. Full-size sofa sleeper also available. Extra “sun room” can accommodate extra company or children with air mattresses or sleeping bags. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and refrigerator. Linens are included with stay and kitchen has cooking utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. We offer a private entrance, wood-burning fireplace, and wood-burning Chiminea on the patio. Your kids will LOVE to make smores here! This home is NOT water front, but second-tier to the lake and in the winter you can see the water through trees. A short drive will take you to multiple boat launches and beaches.
